Pkgsrc for NetBSD/sh3

These are some customized pkgsrc based on pkgsrc-2004Q4 for only NetBSD/sh3el 2.0.

Please get the original pkgsrc-2004Q4 from NetBSD CVS site, and replace to the following.

• editros/emacs and editors/emacs-nox11

  Already committed. Please use pkgsrc-current.

• editors/emacs20

  Emacs 20.7.

• editors/mule

  Mule 2.4.

• graphics/mgl

  MGL2 light-weight graphics library and environment. This works on NetBSD/hpcsh and NetBSD/dreamcast.

• net/vnc

  vnc server. add '__sh__' in Xvnc.
